Following Leicester City's Premier League title win and the incredible discovery of Richard III's bones in the city, Leicester was growing as a leisure destination. As a result, Accor's upscale brand, Novotel, was being developed in the heart of the city, and main contractor Morgan Sindall partnered with Space Zero to deliver the project.

We were responsible for working with all stakeholders to make sure the hotel's brand standards were met, and used our extensive network of supply and manufacturing partners to make considerable savings for the client. And despite extremely challenging market conditions around Brexit, Space Zero were able to procure and install the full FF&E package on time and within budget.
The Accor team judged the Novotel Leicester as one of the best examples of brand compliance it had ever encountered. The end product has given Leicester a much needed upscale hotel and banquet offering, as well as contributing to the regeneration of the city centre.
