Adagio Aparthotel Leicester

The new-build Adagio Aparthotel scheme consists of 100 selfcontained apartments. With a mix of 2- and 3-bed, and studio apartments, the FF&E requirement was varied and individual across the different room types.

Space Zero worked the wider project team to integrate all items of fixed and loose furniture with the base build. The FF&E development stage focused heavily on the required mechanical and electrical coordination to make sure all guest services were delivered seamlessly.

Adagio's mix of full service and self-catering provision has been a great success. Launched during an unprecedented time of upheaval and uncertainty for the hospitality industry, the availability of self-contained accommodation for essential business travellers has proven invaluable. The balance we managed to achieve in providing FF&E which gives the guest a home-from-home experience, and is fully compliant with UK contract requirements, has been a significant part of this success.
