Creating our own space

Electronic height-adjustable desks have been installed throughout, and a variety of informal work settings were created to give staff freedom and choice â€" quiet areas for focused working, flexible meeting spaces for
collaboration and group work, and a reference library for research. A den in the centre of the main office space has given the team direct access to company directors.
