Kelaty House is located close to Wembley Stadium in London. Comprising of five buildings â€" four for student living, one for a hotel â€" we designed the interiors for the 520-bedroom student accommodation.
In partnership with the client, we developed three key themes to subtly and abstractly apply throughout, creating a flowing narrative across the building. These were; Nature and its geometrical patterns; the British Empire Exhibition through connectivity and materiality; and the 1948 Olympics expressed through movement, articulation, and colour.
